I know why it does not work for characters below lvl 20, You need riding skill to be able to pick up the quest. I went there at lvl 1 with raf'ed account I just made, didnt work. Lvled it to lvl 20 still didnt work. Went to town and learned riding skill came back and the quest was there

Think the idea was to use the lvl 1 to summon your main who's doing the cheevo

Sure if you're main is under lvl 85. You cannot summon characters above lvl 85 with Friend Summon.

I first tried to summon my 100, whch obviously didnt happen :P So i didnt it on a level 70 instead, the items are bop though from the big race so if you want them for your main i guess you'll have to do it normally.

Personally i just got the achievements out the way, because they are quite annoying.

They're account wide once learned. If you learn them on an alt, you'll have them on your whole BattleNet account.

I think you misunderstood. He is talking about the item you get from the gold achivement. Not the achivement themselfs and the item is certainly not account wide. Its a blue BOP item with a 30 minute cd.
