Powerlevel Followers with a Profession Trait Insanely Fast!

    Hey there,

Firstly, I did look up "work order" in the search function and nothing relevant to this came up. With that said, I hope this isn't a repost and I hope you enjoy. I do believe that this is in the correct section but feel free to move it if you see fit mods.

    What you need:
    - A follower with a specific profession trait (small buildings: alch lab, gem boutique, engineering works, etc.)
    - Atleast a level two (2) Garrison.
    - A level two (2) building that corresponds with the follower's trait.
    - Roughly 600-650 of the material in which the building uses for its work orders.

So how does this work anyway?

1: Assign your profession follower to a level two (2) building that corresponds to the followers trait. (E.G: --> Jewelcrafting = Gem Boutique) (Screenshot by Lightshot)
2: Obtain the "Your First >Profession< Work Order" quest from the building. (Screenshot by Lightshot)
    3. Open up the work order page to start the work order (Screenshot by Lightshot + Screenshot by Lightshot)
4: Click "Start Work Order" and then retrieve the work order shipment from just outside the building. (Screenshot by Lightshot)
5: Repeat until the assigned follower is at which point you want it to be. (Probably level 100 & epic.) (Screenshot by Lightshot)

Q: What is this even good for anyway?
A: Powerleveling some of a new alts followers so that you can get a headstart on your Garrison.
A: For whatever reason you might need a certain follower at level 100 that has a profession trait.

    I don't understand nothing.

Why u have to have a lvl 2 building for example Jewelery? If u complete the first quest, how u can complete again? It's not repeteable

    Hey Dama,

Just to clarify; you need to have a level 2 building ( in this case, gem boutique ) so you can put your follower there.

The thing is, you don't complete the first quest; you need to just start it and keep repeating the work orders and grabbing them, don't ever turn it in.

I'm guessing you just abandon the quest after getting the experience? Rinse repeat? Can't seem to repeat the work order otherwise.

    Edit:
nm he just needs to be close enough to not close the work order box and looting the things. nice ty

Anyone know if you can remove a building ( say tailor building) then put a tailor building back down and get the first work order quest again ?

once you've completed it, you cant complete it again. if you completed it, you are SOL.

Pick up the quest, start the work order, pick up the work order (follower gets XP), drop the quest, repeat. Also can use this for the work orders achievement to get lvl 3 profession buildings.
    KuRIoS is awesome!

You don't need to drop the quest, actually.

I did this last night with 4 followers from 90 > 100 (epic) it takes quiet a bit of time to go from 100 green to 100 epic (about 200 turn ins) and about 50 turn ins from 90-100. So a combined total of roughly 220-250~ for a full 90 green to 100 epic. It is worth the time as it'll take you maybe 30 min max? It's just a lot of clicking.

Very good if you have MULTIPLE followers with the SAME profession trait. As it requires 2 hours (1 hour to build level 1 building, 1 hour to build level 2 building) to set up.

    Cheers.

Confirmed working June 11th US Servers.

While macroed/ scripted with bot, it is trivially faster, down to 5-6sec per turn-in.

About the quantity, they do indeed require 6 turn-ins per level, so total around 60 for 90-100, then extra 100 to reach epic (1800 XP per turn-in on 100lvl)
