Once inside BRF classes with a blink ability can blink through the instance portal behind an invisible wall about 10 feet behind the raid portal. From here you can swap blast raid members that don't have blink, that have just zoned in, trapping them behind the invisible wall. They have to either hearth out or get summoned. Or you can swap them back if you want to be benevolent.

I personally love doing this sort of thing to raid leaders with a napoleon complex and tourettes syndrome, which is most of them.
