Eficient and 100% afk Lovely Charm Farm

Even with my mage pet killing them.

edit: Just came back to my computer after about 10 minutes and my mage had died. As long as I keep using Cold Snap and don't go completely AFK I should be fine (653 PvP Geared Mage)

edit edit: Making a quick type up for at least a mage that can easily do this and still be relatively AFK.

1) Heroic
2) Counterspell/Ice Lance the first three piles
(you can pull the other two, but I pull three as a precautionary measure)
3) Go back to the "Masked Crusader"
4) Proceed to go AFK for a couple minutes
(check forums, facebook, play another game)
5) Check back, hit Cold Snap, use Ice Nova/Comet Storm/Frozen Orb
6) Go back to 4 and do 4 and 5 over and over.

Only use Frozen Orb if you are standing on the "road" and are right beside the masked crusader.

I have a question, how do you avoid to go afk? (the AFK written next to your name) ??

Is an autocliker that clicks every 10sec Ice barrier (mage shield) enough?

Currently getting around 20 stacks per hour on a warrior. _keyspam is keeping bloodthirst and whirlwind going with no rage or health problems. Backed myself into a corner to avoid them getting behind. Can't remember if this is better or worse than last years stormstout brewery but it's where i'm gonna stay for a while.

The thread and images that poster had posted reveal some very interesting mechanics within the game. He isn't reporting about the Corpse Pile spawns giving Charms, he is reporting a bug/glitch where the npcs literally stop and attack the air in front of him. Thus allowing them to pile up, and the player to kill them with ease.

First; what he says is true. Whilst he isn't reporting about the drop rate of the Charms. He is complaining and trying to get a BUG fixed, that involves some of the NPCs within the instance by default. Second; apparently by pulling all of the mobs into a/the corner he had posted, if you defeat them quick enough. They (the Zombified NPCs) will rush at you, but stop just short because; of a possible barrier or in-game knowledge error? Thus; causing the zombified corpses to pile up whilst a pet takes care of the few stragglers. All it takes, is one or two AoE hits on the gathered up mob/group to kill them with little or no effort despite this already being Earl Z Moade. Finally; I have ran into bugs/situations like this before in the past, but it has been a long time since I've ran into something this remarkable.

Especially if the whole bug that the poster on the WoW forums is talking about, can be re-created..

Your misreading what I am saying.

The Scarlet Crusade members with the Fuel Tanks on their back after you completely pull all 5 groups into a corner and AoE them to death. Apparently; make an invisible barrier, or bug the instance to the point where the Zombified Corpses will literally stop a few feet/yards before where the corner and attack the air.

I'm not reporting the spot for easy charm farming. I'm reporting that there is a possible game-breaking mechanic bug involving the instance. I have literally sat within the instance through 2 hard resets, re-killed the Scarlet Crusaders within the corner, and the Zombified Corpses are STILL getting caught on an invisible barrier or wall that was some how; magically created by me AoEing a giant group of NPCs down.

a few of the Zombified NPC's continued to rush toward the corner and literally attack nothing (or the fuel tanks) where I had killed the Scarlet Crusaders who were fending off the Zombified Corpses. Now I am able to sit in said corner, let the Zombified Corpses pile up until I simply throw out a Frozen Orb, only to collect charms, and watch them come back. <- This is the bug report, not the Charm Farming

3000 chars in 5 hours as a guardian druid with no gear and thrash doing 800dmg per hit

apparently I'm doing something wrong. i aggro'd all piles put hunter pet on both defensive and offensive stances but am not getting charms unless i too tag zombies. any ideas? i get about 500+ charms an hour but only if i tag targets get 0 unless i do. thoughts? us server btw
