For anyone who didn't know of the Skyreach trick, or haven't seen one of the world record holders videos (Babyjace etc.) where they do this; You can also skip all the trash before first boss with a warlock and a hunter. The hunter will disengage up on the post, then swapblast with the warlock that will then put down a portal or summoning stone.
