OP Druid in Ashran

Pretty much druids can get a Book of Flight Form and this lets druids fly in Ashran for an hour.
In the video the druid had the book and then also had the Ancient Artifact buff which seemed really overpowered, then the druid repeatedly bombarded the Horde's Base with the rocks found at Brute's Rise. The rocks are literally 2 shotting them. This could be really gamebreaking if multiple druids did this at the same time.

Isn't this intended though? The book gives flight form, and the artifact gives a boost in hp/damage.

If you watched the video I don't think having a 2 shot AoE is intended. Especially in flight form because your not supposed to be able to do any attacks whats so ever.
