after they fixed it, the NPC's were gone or? Were the wolfs (lvl 99- 100-101) also gone? If yes, did the put normal lvl NPC's in place, like lvl ~90ish

Yeah I'm on silvermoon too and it seems either bugged or hotfixed.

Edit: Wow banning Kaizuken is quite excessive. I mean, it's not even an exploit when they have implemented the ****ing mobs into the game and they are working as they should.

Was it closed or suspended? check your emails. If it is closed it shouldn't be to hard to get your account back, you weren't botting or hacking so it will be fairly easy to play dumb. Worst case scenario you can make a new wow account on your b.net and you will keep all your achieves, mounts pets etc.
