This guide has not been made by me! All creds go to Sinshroud @ The Consortium forums.
So this is something that I have been doing this for a while to make some decent cash and it's become wildly popular on my server too. However the amount of bad pugs that I join and see failing at the simplest pulls and helped me decide to make a quick guide on it since it's been a while since my last guide. Most BoE ilvl 359 epics are still selling for well above 15-20k each.
On my first Bastion of Twilight trash farm I won [Bracers of the Dark Pool] which dropped on the second trash pack, hopped on my second account while still farming in BoT on my main. Popped a msg in trade "WTS Bracers of the Dark Pool 40k gold." and got a reply within 20 seconds. The guy them came and met me outside BoT so as we zoned out to reset the instance to clear more trash we traded and voila. 40k gold richer.
It's a really simple guide for those that haven't done it before. Each clear should take you about 15-20 minutes, probably less once you get the hang of it. You should get at least one BoE level 85 359ilvl epic per reset, most are reporting often more than 1 per reset (it was nerfed a little while ago when people were getting like 5-6 per reset).
I recommend doing this on 10 man mode, you need 2 tanks, 2 healer (Can go with 3) and 5/6 dps. I would recommend getting at least 4 classes that can do a decent ranged and repeatable CC. It shouldn't be too hard to find them since even resto shamans can assist with hex if necessary.
You can easily do this with an ilvl 333 and up group no problem at all if they all listen and know what to do.
Ok the first pull is relatively straight forward. You can Either CC all 3 adds and kill 1 add at a time, or if you have a better group you can have 1 tank pick up a big add each (so in my screenshot, the left and right add).
Position your CCers next to the left pillar as shown in the screenshot, position the rest of your group as far back as possible near the Portal to the instance. Get them used to standing there because they will be in those positions for the next 5 pulls.
The Tank grabs the skull and runs behind the pillar, as the rest of the group follows the CCers quickly control their targets and make sure they stay controlled for the duration of the fight.
There will be a few Void Zones on the ground that need to be avoided.
I recommend for the next pull you do the two side groups next. In the Screenshot I have marked two groups with a Skull and a Cross. We are only going to be pulling the Skull group at the moment. There are the identical Skull and Cross groups on the left side, sot he left Skull group gets pulled after this first Skull group.
Some groups like the pull the middle patrolling groups first, but the problem with this is that if the tank who tries to pull them does not run exactly in the middle, the orbs hovering above the left/right groups will most likely kill the tank.
The Orbs do some very powerful AOE damage (which can take a tank down in a couple of seconds alone) which is why you need to run in and pull them back as soon as possible, hopefully only getting hit once by the orb.
There is no CC needed this fight but if you have a paladin healer (well tbh any paladin really) who can bubble and heal the tank if needed while he is still positioning the adds can help. Reason I say paladin with bubble is so that the paladin does not pull any agro, if the adds aren't positioned quickly and properly they can be deadly.
Again once the right Skull group is dead, do the same with the left Skull group.
If you have a look at that screenshot of the instance map again, I have marked 4 and 5 on the map which will be the groups that we are pulling next. They patrol up and down within that funny oval marking on the map. The one group will be faster than the other, I would recommend pulling the right group first.
These groups are deadly and they normally have 2 healers in each group, so CC all but 1 mob and kill 1 at a time. To make it easier you can have a rogue run up and blind the right group so that the left group can patrol safely away before the tank pulls.
This pull is the same as the very first pull, have your CCers stand near to the group that is being CCed (check screenshot), rest of your group faaar back and tank LoS pulling behind the pillar again just incase.
There will be a few Void Zones on the ground that need to be avoided. First kill the Right patrolling group and then kill the left afterwards.
Your next group to kill will be the Cross groups on the left and right, I would still recommend finding a place to LoS pull them and to get away from the Orbs ASAP.
Again, kill the right Cross Group and then the left Cross Group.
Your last pull is the easiest of them all. Wait for the 2-man patrol to come to the entrance of your room and then have each tank get agro. Separate the 2 mobs from each other by pulling to the left and right respectively and continue to DPS them down.
It's a tank and spank fight + everyone needs to avoid a few void zones on the ground.
Once done everyone can zone out, reset the raid and zone back in.

Sure it's not a lot of gold per hour and you have a fairly low chance of winning the BoE out of those 10 people, but what you can often do (still perfectly acceptable) is create rules such as:
- Class and spec priority rolls first (aka tanks get priority on tanking plate, clothies get priority on cloth for their spec, etc). After that it's raid roll. You can then purposely limit your raid composition so that you are the only or one of the few who can roll on a certain armor type, such as me being a prot warrior and having a feral druid as a second tank. And tanking plate that groups I get them.
- Reserve the first BoE for yourself. (yes it's greedy but you will find people willing to join still).
