No level restriction on talents (level 90 talents at any level!)

/script learntalents(n); is all you need, numbering goes from left to right each row, so row 1 is 1 2 3, row 2 is 4 5 6 etc.

Tried Powershot + Storm of Crows on my 30 Hunter, pretty OP. the lvl 75 tier 'Blink something' is still req lvl 75 locked though

I just tested this again and it's still working (US server). Remember, you can only select talents if you have unspent points. If you don't have any points left, you can't pick anymore talents.

Also, LOL @ everyone whining about moving this to elite.

Type /qts. For some reason it loads way off to the side of the screen for me so you might have to search around for it.
