avoid spirithealer ress when unable to reach corpse

if you die and cant reach your corpse for any reason and dont want to use the spirit healer, here is a simple way to avoid it.

1. as ghost, walk to the nearest sea and run to the border of getting the fatigue bar.
2. wait right at the border until the fatigue kills you again, you will die as a ghost.
3. your new corpse location is now where you died as a ghost, simpy run there and pick up your corpse.

I don't really think this as an exploit as it's been used many a time to escape inconvienable deaths. It's been used IN exploits such as ones on the Isle of Conquest however.
