Can't get it working on EU, I can see people from the carusell when I'm standing on it. Which means they are in the same CRZ than I am. Means this is useless and not working.

Just because it's not working for you doesn't mean it isn't working at all... I'm going to try it in a few minutes, editing my result after that
Didn't get it to work with OP way... tried a few things on different characters... Since my IPs only difference is in the last digits (.240: and .243 it could be because of that

open up cmd.exe and type in:

netstat -n | find ":3724"

It will give you something like this:

5.42.163.111:3724 ESTABLISHED
5.42.177.108:3724 ESTABLISHED

There might be some other IP's, but only the ones who are "ESTABLISHED" matter. Block those, and you're good

This and then you change zones and check which one of those IPs never changes, that is your own host realm IP and you cannot block it or you will DC.
You block the other IP what comes up after you enter DMF before reloging at carousel.

Ugh, my main realm hosts all the fun zones.. Uldum, Deepholm, DMF <.< Got it to work perfectly on Stormscale EU though, but no chest...

This just doesn't work with some servers. Due to them hosting the Darkmoon Faire CRZ.
Keep trying with different servers until you find one that doesn't host it.

I realise that, thats why i tested on 5 realms, got same result on all 5, dont think im doing anything wrong since i already did all the other peerblock expoits with success.
So im either terrible unlucky or the plataform is giving the same ip from the island since todays maint.

I just wanted a confirmation from any US player, cheers!

I got this working today on Stormscale EU. Just made a lvl1 character since I don't play on that realm.
After I looted the chest, I saw this fella right here! Another CRZ disabler, just a tad late :3
The quest from the trinket got me from lvl 2 to lvl 6 :P
