rushing streams and ancestral guidance at the same time as enhance bug

If you get the debuff oozelings disgusting aura, specc ele off spec change to it specc into rushing streams and then switch to enhance whilst the enhance specc is ancestral guidance you should be able to get both tier talents.

This has worked 2-3 times randomly on my Enahnce shammy friend and i replicated it 1/10 myself. There might be more to it but this is what i find works sometimes. Other than standing in durotar idk what i done that was special. Not really good at these things :P.
