Okay, now we all know that the Commanding Shout glitch where you could keep your health up all the time was fixed, right? Not really.
If you read the patch notes it says that it increases your max health but keeps the percentage constant. This means (and I have tested this as my warrior) that you can use this ability to gain an extra thousand or so health early on in the fight. Because it keeps the percentage of your health constant, your health will still go up when you use Commanding Shout, just not nearly as much as it used to. Obviously the effect of this will be greater if you have lower health (lower max health, not lower percent on your current health).
(The original idea for this post was taken from someone or other on the World of Warcraft Forums who alerted me to the original glitch for Commanding Shout, but I'm too lazy to go look who).
