Need Help with an account

I'm not sure if this is a repost, and I know I am a leecher, but I got an account name and password, and I put an authenticator on the account. Somehow he changed the password I think, and The authenticator is still on the account. Can I recall it through blizzard?

He should not be able to change the pass with an auth on it.

It says one of my codes is invalid, either auth, username or password. But I know it works because after I got the account, I logged back into account management, with the un,pw and auth.

He used a password retrieval. Sorry man, this happened to me too.
Somehow the person recalled the account that I had full control over (email,pass, auth,etc..) even AFTER blizzard's hours.

No account is ever COMPLETELY safe.

What can you do to avoid that, if you only get the UN,PW and have an authenticator on the account? And is there any way to recall the account through blizzard since I still have the authenticator on it?
