How to get TLPD with Noodle Cart and CRZ Disable

Ok,so i found him standing in the nest and he was on the Purple route : Vyragosa/TLPD is going anticlockwise, the path last 7 minutes 30 secondes, and the best spot to be is on the mountain at 40,65" .Tried 4-5 noodle carts till i found him then i found a spot that where i can hit him with Death Siphon.He dropped to the ground and I used INTERACT WITH TARGET keybind(spammed that button till i got the loot).One of my printscreens showS the location i killed him.

My Realm ip is: xxx.xxx.234.190

When I block the range around that it puts me to 238.158
After rejoining the zone the 158 IP doesn't change. When I block that range it won't change aswell.
Someone know how to fix this?

I've tried:
/script VehicleExit();
/stopattack
/tar Time-Lost [nodead]
/tar vyragosa [nodead]
/cast Howling Blast
/stopattack
/stopattack

But actually it NEVER attacks the dragon. I'm in the 30yrd range but it doesn't do anything after leaving the cart. Same with Death Siphon.

Any ideas?

I suggest 2 macros...1 to exit and 1 to do your range attack. fixed my same issue.

the method actually is to avoid changing ip when you zone into storm peaks. generally steps are: get storm peaks ip, zone into location with different ip, block storm peaks' ip, zone into storm peaks, there you go, now inside storm peaks you must have the ip from another location instead of original storm peaks ip (dam im having a rush of typing 'storm peaks' that much)

For those of you having looting issues its much much easier if your in a party. Gives you the need/greed window and seems to interact faster that you trying to spam the button to loot it yourself. Also have the mouse option click to move turned on. Has helped many people in the past. If anyone has any issues you can PM me if you need step by step walkthrough.

Killed it, couldn't loot it, went through 10 noodle carts trying before I ran out of carts. Lame ... Thanks for the guide though.

Did you try spam right-clicking? Or using the "interact with target" button?

I've found that spam right-clicking works the best.

I can't seem to target them after i leave the noodle cart... anyone have any suggestions?

Does the respawn timer apply the same here?

1)i just killed and looted vyragosa, so what i need to do now? rains and repeat from different zones or just wait to spawn TLPD ?
2)I got another acc from which i can cross realm via party invite,,,any how this can help me and how ?)

1 - dont even bother looting vyra - zone into storm peaks from all entrances (ice crown, zuldrak, crystalsong, and also fly on the flight path from the ruby sanctum in dragonblight. - do this 1x per zone per day until TLPD appears.

2 - sure, this gives you double the chances most likely.
