Extra Lesser Charms and possibly more!

Extra charms are working as intended,

TommyT is right, your INITIAL kill on some Timeless Isle rares DOES reward you additional Charms once a day/week. Most of people realized it already since the 5.4 launch, the most conspicuous is the extra charms from Dread Ship at the start of every new week or so. It has something to do with the weekly Timeless Isle "tracking" quests, I'm pretty sure you can find the extra charms tracker quest with one of these:

especially the short-supply rewards or the weekly vignettes.

Another useless exploit is that the first Rare you kill every week grants 9-13 charms of fortune. However if you kill the Champions of Flame they'll give 3 x 9-13 charms. Potentionally giving you up to 40 charms for 1 rare kill..

But this is semi-working as intended.

Blizzard wanted to give us some more charms on a weekly basis, wonder how could this be an exploit at all. The Champs part is working as intended too as you have x3 chance to drop the daggers for the achievement or any other loots they have aswell.

This is working as intended.

On the first kill of a rare, you get a bonus amount of coins awarded to you.
Same with the first time opening a chest (one of the daily spawns)

I do this EVERY week on my toons, one rare, one chest, = 30 coins in bonus, not including what they dropped.
