Ghost Rezzing in Instance

They fixed it, even if you get it to work now, you are ported out to your GY.

I just tried it out. When you log out while dead, your corpse is ported near the entrance. You CAN still spirit release, but it seems that you get a Timer, no matter what. I died, then I was like 20 minutes afk eating pizza and after that I did the spirit release thing. I stood there as ghost and it read about 26 Seconds Rez-Timer. Then I started walking and after about 3-5 Steps I got teleported out to the Graveyard.
I did this in Underbog and my corpse wasn't lying too far away from the spot to rez upwards. Maybe there is a way to stay in the instance as Ghost and rez, but I guess Blizzard has thought over this very well (timer so you can not instant-rez and porting ghosts out of the instance).

i tryed this a couple of weeks ago and i did get it to work.

i was in strat adn didnt want to kill the mini bosses to get to baron.

what i did was die next to the gate...then log out.

20 seconds til logout

at 1 second click release spirit

when u log in u are able to walk around the resserect near ur corpse.

it takes a few goes but try to do it very close to the log out or you will get ported to GY

Unless you tried that recently, this got fixed not too long ago. So now instead of being able to run around instances as a ghost, your ghost gets ported outside as soon as you log back in.

Where and when did you get this to work? Is it possible that only pre-Burning Crusade instances still do this? If so, it might still be worth it for me to release my addon that times this perfectly...
