You must be able to need on the item.

All you need is to have full bags, and have the item end up in your mailbox. Normally if you need an item it becomes souldbound but when you go to retrieve it, it isn't soulbound.

It works on boe greens and blues while running dungeons. Idk if it works on BOE epics in RF though.

Are you saying BoE's don't get soulbound when you roll on them? I've never had a BoE item soulbound on need.
