Does anyone know if this is bannable or not? I've googled a lot for this and only two claims I can find of people getting banned are the poster above and one person on the OP guide video. By the language used, I'd reckon it's the same person.

Although this is "just farming", are you resetting the mobs the "unintended way" thus exploiting the game, or just using "clever in-game mechanics"? I'm very new to these things so if someone experienced could clarify i'd be grateful!

I´m pretty sure that you will never get Banned for this, it´s not an exploit in the first place. The way the mobs reset is as intendet and is this way since BWL release, so I´m more than sure that this type of * exploit* is not something Blizz will shut your ACC down.

But you can get Banned if you combine the Game-mechanics with hacks, like speed Hack, no Clip ect. if you use one of them your are more or less ready to get Banned anytime.

The Mobs work as intendet , so its not realy an Exploid only Game-mechanics put to good use. If Blizz is not happy with this kind of farming,Than they will simply erase the loot-table for the mobs and this spot is gone.

wanted to check in w/ this thread and give my sad report as of this week.

seems as if there has been some kind of fix to the BWL exploit.

i went with a friend after reset this week, we cleared the first 3 bosses.
my friend left after broodlord (we got all vael goblins), & my class can do the resetting of the spellbinders.

after about an hour of this great fun, with 4 lockboxes, a blue, and 20 green boes,
i realized that no more elementium ingots had dropped after me dropping the 1st combat after friend leaving.

wanted to ask the other players, does killing Krixxix affect the elementium ingot drop possibility (nil, 1?),
or has BWL been changed to "cap" the drops of ele?

i'm quite sad considering this was the first week we tried this.
i am gonna give it another go before next reset to confirm.

could be that killin the goblin boss who drops the miner only book messed things up.
however the drakes dropped combat without issue the few times they were aggroed.

normal loot seemed to be dropping from the gobs minus the elementium.
