Blackwing Lair - Insane cloth/gold farm.

Is farming merhid is problematic, even with 70 inventory spaces, It takes me longer to get to BwL (even with the mole machine) than it takes to fill my entire inventory with cloth and greenies.
Gonna pick up tailoring, and try turning it into illusion dust and eternal essences and see how long this farm takes to finish.

Someone mentioned earlier that this might be good for farming Teebus... though WoWhead says it only drops from Molten Destroyer and Blackwinglair Spellbinder,... anyone got more information regarding Teebu?

I might go for a week long grind if it actually drops of the technicians and stuff.

I believe Blade of hanna has too high ilvl to be able to drop from the mobs in here, since they are all lvl 62 isch.
So far, BOE epic dropwise, I've had a skullflame shield, brain hacker, and Lady Maye's Pendant.
Other honorable mentions are: too many greens to count and a orb of deception.
edit: Just realized Lady Maye's Pendant has the same ilvl, Blade of Hanna should be able to drop from these mobs.

So since Lady Maye's ring has a item level of 65 as well, I could suggest that Teebus Blazing Longsword is also droppable, right?


Update1: 1 Hour of farming as a shadow priest got me two BOE epics, 1x Alcors Sunrazor and 1x Helm of Narv
Update2: Another hour of farming brought me: 2x Helm of Narv, 1x Orb of Deception, 1x Jeweled Amulet of Cainwyn, 1x Hand of Edward the Odd, 1x Skullflame Shield, 1x Myrmidon's Signet

wowhead only has drop info for mobs from which a player using the wowhead data collection addon has actually physically seen the item drop, since thats where all of their loot drop data comes from.. teebus is a world drop epic, so it can drop from any level ~60-63 vanilla mob, including, yes, all the trash in bwl.

Try kiting all the elfs to the ramps near the next boss and jump down and cast spectral ***** there.
if you REALLY want to maximise your farming, make sure to run with the elves as they are running back to their camps, for some reason their camp will respawn AND aggro you.
It takes me roughly two minutes to get all the mobs in place and dead for my next pull.

Yeah, that's what do. I pull the 4 closest packs and kill them above the ramp. Kill what I can, jump down, feigndeath/spectralguise and then move into their path when they reset. I've got it down to about 32 seconds each wave. Works great on hunter, but I suspect they may have changed spectralguise. Edit: Nope, spectral gu ise working fine, not sure why I was unable to do it yesterday.

Not sure it's worth it. Takes a lot of effort to sell the 'good' xmog greens and the runecloth takes so long to turn it into enchanting mats. About 3 hours total and I've yeilded 4 epics: Brain hacker, dwarven hand cannon, sash of mercy and alcor's sunrazer.

Also WoW's AoE looting seems to have a cap for mobs, and won't pick up anything from any other mobs that weren't included in that AoE loot 'batch' until all items were looted. You had to shift-loot everything every time.

Edit2: Well I just got 2 skullflames shields in the last 4 hours of farming.. So it's worked out well!

Yeah, I've got enchanting tailoring on the toon I do the farming for this on, and tend to just tab out and watch a movie while crafting runecloth bolts.
its not the best farming method, but its probably the one that lets you go the most afk besides botting, lol.

Hey, I made a video about this. Because I like videos and making them, and also thought you missed the Transmog potential of this, but you didn't.

Let's try to put all my Infos in this little Post:

• Only Hunters and Priest can farm here without waiting time
• You can Extand your ID, so you only have to clear the Bosses once
• You get about ~300G Average for each transmog piece (Stupid Calculation = I like math)
• If you drop combat and engange quick enough you reseted and pulled all mobs again
• If you don't kill all warlocks or kill them to slow, Fel Guards spawn
• Groups you killed completely in this ID are gone for this ID (You could try to get another ID from a friend; he kills all bosses you have and you go in his raid - I didn't try that)
• If you use an extended Raid ID or if you waited one hour or more, only the mobs you NEVER killed will be there. All you have to do, to make everyone respawn, is to pull one and drop combat
• Elementium Ingots have a ID cap so you only get them from the first trash mobs
• Loot that drops: Transmog Gear, Ugly Gear to disenchant into Eternal Essence and Illusion Dust, Thorium & Eternium Lockboxes, Runecloth, Recipes, Low Gems, Bags,a few Vendor items and a lot of rare Worlddrops, because you kill so much. (I got Skullflame Shield and sold it for 6.7k; I got 4 other Epics 3 very rare recipes including Schematic: Arcane Bomb, which sold yesterday for 7.5k)

A macro to delete the Hourglass Sand:
