    then enter bg/lfg
    leave/zone out bg/lfg
    do quest again
    then just leave?

    I've tried completing a quest in a different zone and hearthing to shrine. I've tried random BG and scenario none of them seem to work.

    This works ( as of 30s ago ) for Victory in Tol Barad as well. Completed it earlier today and went back ( 6-8hrs later ), was able to re-accept it and turn it in again.

    Also work for just relogging at Shrine, as well as MP way.

    Blizzard ****ed something really bad.

    Log off > log in an alt, zone into an old instance (not raid) > log back on main > profit
