This use to be a lot better but is still good and instanced (ie no sticky beaks).

Run shadow labs (prob heroic for better drops).

Fast track to the mobs in the room where murmur is.

Doing this offline but basically aggro entire room. Kill everything single target except the summoners. With 3-4 summoners alive they just keep spawning a new mob each every 5-10 seconds. As a 90 they hit for sfa and with aoe looting you just loot when the floor is a glittering mess. If automated just randomly click around the middle of the screen every minute or so and odds on you will loot often enough.

Get fel arms by the truckload and marks of segaras.

Quite easy to script something really simple and easier if a class that can put a powerful dot without having to face the mob. Bag space was the main issue but if going for broke clear everything out then do it. For the mob level, they are generous with their gold. Was getting stacks of the marks and in < hour had enough to get exalted with either of the level 70 factions.

I'm sure people could optimize this by disenchanting stuff automatically, creating bolts or getting rid of worthless junk under a certain threshold automatically.

If an engineer could pop jeeves when full, vendor all and keep going, alternate between that and sending stuff in mailbox to an alt.

When I did this it was just 1 button push, but i'm sure it can be fully automated.

maybe they did something about it after years.... blizz seem to like mobs that don't give loot now. (ie. like the new scenarios)
