Turn Crafted BoP Items back into BoE

I have not tested this but when I accidentally deleted my green BoP wand when blizzard returned it to me it was BoE. I am sure this will work with items such is spellstrike/battlecast/girdle of ruination and others. By doing this you will lose the gems and enchants on the items, but it is nice when you find an upgrade and then you can sell it.=P

First off make sure that you still have a few item restores because blizzard will not keep restoring your items. If you do have an item restores delete this or these BoP items that were once BoE. Send in a GM ticket saying that you accidentally deleted the items that you deleted. They will return your new BoE items again WITH NO GEMS AND NO SOCKETS. Then you can sell these items.

I searched on MMOwned for this and did not find it so I though hmm maybe I am just original. =P

When you delete an item that was soulbound, but was originally bind on equip,( like you buy something from the auction house and then equip it) you can have a game master restore that item and it will be bind on equip again. Note that any enchants will be lost in this process.

So it only works with items that are originally bind on equip. So no "orange" weapons.

You can't delete legendarys atleast thats what my old maintanks told me

You can not use this to restore items that are always BoP that drop in instances. Will not work with Legendaries. No more chat about deleting Legendaries please. That is not the point of this thread.

I am not sure Vaz. I just tested it with my Girdle of Ruination and Battlecast pants and it worked fine.

I deleted them and I believe the others that did this deleted them to, and I think you did get a "lame" GM.
