where do you acquire the meta gem receipes?

It's not really a recipe - It's the next stage in the legendary quest chain after you complete 'Chapter II: Wrathions War'. You need to loot 20 Secrets of the Empire from the ToT raid, and then you need to kill Nalak and do some quest stuff during the kill. You then take all the items to Wrathion and start a scenario. The end reward is one of the legendary Meta gems.

You can get new meta gems for the cost of 5 Primal Diamonds, as opposed to gold like the previous 2 legendary rewards.

US-Tichondrius Horde will buy a BoE head piece and pay someone 15k to socket it with that gem.

I will even provide the 5 Primal Diamonds to get the gem.

Did anyone who managed to get a helm with the meta before the hotfix keep the meta? Or did they fix that as well?
