cheat Oondasta loot?

Today I was in a raid group to kill Oondasta, they only had 1 group, someone pulled and they wiped. I had to leave so i just afked after they wiped expedition to not get a kill or any loot. While I was afk he reset, they pulled again and downed him while i was afk because I was afk i did NOT hit the respawn of Oondasta. When I came back I ran my macro to check if i was saved to Oondasta and it said i was not saved, I looked in my bags and i had the gold bag. I was actually able to kill him again for another chance to loot but got another gold bag in the same day NOT using any coin and NOT on another realm.

I will try this again next week and see if i can duplicate it if anyone else wants to try that's petty much the jist of what happened.

So basically join a raid group attack the boss, if they wipe stay dead, just afk, dont hit the boss respawn or anything, dont leave the raid group. They kill it the 2nd time you should get loot without being saved so basically you can go back later and loot it again in the same lock out period.

Hmm, if what you say about getting loot again works than awesome, but I know that the internal quest that saves you to Oondasta is broken and will always show him as undefeated.

I think maybe it depends on who's code you use, the one I use has always worked perfectly and ill click my macro before and after kills to make sure it's working right. I did actually try to kill the boss again 2 hours later after the macro said i wasnt saved for the kill (but i got loot) and was able to get loot a second time without ever using a coin and it was on the same realm.

It may work on all of the other world bosses also but it is very unlikely to wipe on sha or galleon. Maybe if you get to stage 5 you can try it on naralak.

i have a different results 2 -3 weeks ago, we gruped up, do many noob try on boss, then i leave afk at cemetery.
the day before i found Oondasta' s hunter cheast in mail-box, but not the gold bag.

no macro ore alf-f4 only logout due to bag gruop

The common script for Sha of Anger, Salyis Warband, Oondasta and Nalak have been working smoothly for Sha of Anger and Salyis Warband. But for Oondasta and Nalak it have been saying that you're NOT saved for those, even if you were. But you said you could loot twice, which make this very interesting. I will try it out!

Something similar happened to me last week . I was on isle alone without any group . There was some raid and they tried to kill Oondasta so i cast maybe 2 spells just to get tag then we all wipe and t-rex evaded . I ressurected and went afk for 10 mins . When i come back t-rex was already killed , i have waist in my backpack and bonus roll timer was running . So you can get loot without doing nothing . Not sure about part with no save and possible multiple loot .

Was anyone able to reproduce that yet? A friend of mine had this happen too... he attacked Oondasta and the group wiped, then he went afk and when he came back, he got loot and no ID.. He said he was in a group with others and didn't recieve any damage or heal from Oondasta and the group..

Currently you can not track the ID lock for Oondasta and probably Nalak as well, the Weekly Quest will never flag true :\

that's not true as seen here http://i47.tinypic.com/2aewe2a.jpg mine always works perfectly. 1 = true while 0 = false and my oon and nalak are true while sha and gal are false.

From what I have noticed with the macro, is that it didnt work on oondasta before. However with all the stages complete on the isle, and nalak unlocked, it started to work just fine. Not sure if this had anything to do with it, or that the Qtracking has been fixed meanwhile. But it works.

doesnt matter anyways I'm pretty sure it is fixed now, it didnt work for me last week and I do it every week on multiple accounts, that or i just had bad luck ..
