It's possible to keep the "Lei Shi's" Haste buff, even after you switch modes, aka 10M Heroic, to 10M normal.

What you have to do:

Switch Heroic, execute phase 1 properly and reach phase 2.
When you get zoned into the shadowy/Watery Realm, you should be applied with Lei Shi's hope for every single attempt, up to an hour after the last person left the raid-group.

However, if you reach phase 2 on heroic, you can switch to normal while still standing inside the raid and keep the buff.

This will make it easier for those who're able to reach phase 2 on heroic, but are going for the "no fear" achievement, or simply WoL Ranks on Normal version.

It's not working as intended, as the buff is a heroic-only zone buff.
Therefore it should be removed upon a Heroic->Normal Switch, yep i asked a GM about it, before posting it here.

It's not useless if you want to minimize the downtime on platforms, needed for this achievement - the only backfire this has, is that it spawns orbs, alot faster.

And the amount of Cackles you get.

People who can do Heroic Sha can do the achievement on normal without the buff, just sayin.

Cackles go out at a set amount of time, regardless of how fast/slow you kill your add on the platform.

This is pretty useless, if you're getting to p2 heroic sha, why would you want to go to normal..... Part of the requirements to kill heroic sha is to not get hit by dreadspray, as 2 hits CAN kill you if you have picked up a few orbs and you're not at full health.
