You need to do enough damage for Kael to die before Phase 2 starts. So you need enough DoTs to cover 3,186,960 hp. About 6 Hunters with ~500k DoTs should do it and everyone needs to place their DoTs properly. Then you have to feign death to reset the boss. I don't really know if that is enough or you have to reset the instance by going out. Some clear comment would be nice here^^
And noone is able to do it solo yet, because 3.2M with one single DoT would be crazy^^

You only pull Kael when you are visible .. so a hunter with stealth glyph could prevent false pulling or you could just take a rogue with you and let him stealth everyone in raid for 15 seconds.

Makes pulling a lot easier I guess.
