Side note, damage taken debuff never stops stacking. Got up pretty damn high after holding for about 20 minutes on my first attempt (2610%), and took a nice little ice lance to the face 1 minute before the game ended.

Question - Does Icicles stay when you leave a BG?
Because if they do, I imagine this would be a perfect way to stack it up high (Although slow), if you could get a wargame going.
