This may sound like a noob question, but how do i restore items?
This may sound like a noob question, but how do i restore items?
does this only work with boe and not bop if you were to do this would it take the bop and bind it once the person gets it from the mail off the ah? and does it work from selling it to a vendor - would it work to sell a boa item and ah it? :P
would you care if someone is cheating and selling a boa for gold if you would be able to buy it? lol
\
and yeah im a bit too high to explainlol
Looks like it got hotfixed, at least with vendoring method.
Could not post an item.
well it is hotfixed with vendoring like MikeRussia said BUT
when i just tested it to confirm something happendi tested it with Don Carlos' Drifting Shield and Cheng's Irrepressible Girdle)
when i sold the shield and the legs the shield was showing up but the waist wasn't :s so i clicked that the item wasn't in the list.
when i did this the shield was 2x in the list + the waist 1x :O
i closed the page of the site :s but i got the shield now 2x in my bags : 1 soulbound cos of the fix but 1 more thats boe again
can someone try to reproduce this cos this seems very nice :O
Does this work also for tabard of lightbringer?
can't test cos i don't have it :s
So, I tried this, as my restoration limit has been reset again.
I disenchanted items (several to be honest), sold Items and destroyed some, just to be sure which has been fixed and if there has been any of those fixed.
It looks like this isn't possible anymore, atleast with the last maintenance. I couldn't bring up a BoE item again, even if I met all circumstances I assumed as required.
It doesn't matter if the item is already socketed or not, enchanted or not, it seems just fixed, so don't bother with this and let the thread die, as here are already enough unnecessary +1.
It was possible with several, if not even all, items. Sadly I haven't enough restorations to keep this up2date, just can't reproduce it anymore, but as there are several things already fixed with the last maintenance, I assume this has been fixed, too, as I was able to reproduce it several times before.
In 20-30 years, one of the hardest things our children will have to do is finding a screen name that hasn't already been taken.
