dont loot it - if you loot it, it will become soulbond, you have to login one time after you restored for mobile armory update. you can sell it instantly out of the mail.

I messed up this time, so this happened after I looted

may be possible that it requires an already full repaired item, as durability loss seems to bind the items, but this point is just a suggestion id like to point out. cant test anymore as iam out of licenses for restoration atm
- actually - only full dura items can be sold, so it is required to REPAIR the items before you disenchant them

It looks like it does not always become back BoE if you just vendor it.
I've tested that on my second account without any succes. The item in the mailbox is said to be unbound, however as soon as I move the item to my bags - it becomes soulbound again. I restored 3 items:


Item 1 - vendored and than restored. It was moved from the mail to the bags and it became soulbound.

Item 2 - vendored and than restored. The item was kept in the mailbox. Both mobile armory and wow-europe.com armory did not let me place an auction using this item.

Item 3 - disenchanted and than restored. Success from the mobile armory.

what happens to the items if they got bought on the AH?

did they became soulbound for the buyer?

what happens if you cancel the auction?

cant tell in general if they remain unbound, as i have restorations on cooldown.
the first time i noticed this random as i restored some dragonsoul craftable legs and valor point boots, which ive worn as tank offspec, i dont even put an auction up in an instant, just looted the items and stored them in my bank, but as i have restored my whole tankset from back then, i noticed while i was on mobile armory online they arent bound anymore and got suspicious.
restored another item (had enchanting thats why I keep the connection with reproducing it), put it up out of the mailbox, sold.
Cant say for sure if you are able to loot keep it boe after canceling an auction, as I havent been able to reproduce it enough, requirement seems (and thats 100% sure) durability. Not even if its necessary to disenchant, some also were able to reproduce it with vendoring (thanks for contributing that).
I dont think the item can actually become soulbound without wearing it, except for looting it from the restoration mail (maybe the condition is durability here, too).
Which also confuses me is, some items i disenchanted were restored without gems and enchants, some with.
Does the system actually make a difference between just restoring and just sending item id xx instead of restoring? If thats the case its RNG and depends on the gm which takes a look at your disenchanted-ticket-case.
Its just a lot of theory still involved, as its not a 100% ratio of success, would be nice if people would also share their experiences with it, even if its "just" unbinding boe's, it makes getting rid of old items a lot more valuable.

Disenchanted item restorations must be reviewed by Customer Support. During the review process, any materials gained from disenchanting the item will be removed before the item is restored. If the materials cannot be recovered, restoration of the disenchanted item will not be possible.

well since this is a rule im currently stuck on this phase, will report back with results once i finally hear back

Tried this 1.5 weaks ago on Nordrassil with an 85 darmoon fair trinket and it didn't work. jsut mentioning it here

Tried this today and i confirm that it did not work.

I was unable to AH them from the mail ( i believe this got fixed )
