Some other Items that can be enchanted with profit could be everything sold by Krom'gar Quartermaster . According to wowhead they are all disenchantable and you'll get Greater Astral Essence and Soul Dust from these Items...
On my server a stack Soul Dust is woth 50g and a stack Greater Astral Essence about 30g
Unfortunately I can't test it cause I don't have an enchanter that quested through Stone Talon Mountains.
Oh and you have to be Horde to buy the items

Nope there isn't an alliance version for this
There are many items from vendors that can be disenchanted... you can search for specific mats with some wowhead filters
For example Items - World of Warcraft: Here I searched for Arcane Dust and sold by an NPC..
I've looked through all Dusts and Essences... there is maybe Lesser Eternal Essence but that depends on your server prices
