What do you want to do? This macro does following:
1. disenchant item "Gaudy Winter Veil Sweater"
2. buy one item of "Gaudy Winter Veil Sweater"

Vendor tab must be open.

I've just noticed that merging essences badly interferes with disenchanting and modified the second macro

/use lesser_essence_forgot_its_name_in_english_

I've set autoclicker to press it once per 10 seconds.

stack them up on different servers in your alts mailbox (just send it to a alt and let it be in the mailbox, you'll have 59 days before having to care about it, and then you could just send it back) and when the price is rising, just sell them 5 stack at once or so

You can craft magic oil from 2 dusts+1 crystal vial and vendor it for 5s.
Btw you can get [Dust, Dust, and More Dust!] guild achievement really fast.
