Account Wide Achievement transfer

There is a new method to dupe mounts along wtih achievements I posted it in elite

you cannot transfer mounts anymore period even if you earned it on the character that was transferred

I duped a 13K achievement account from a gladiator and his mounts stayed on his old bnet even though he earned them on that toon, we figured out a loop hole though on duping mounts.
