    Yea me and my wife got this by accident the other night. We lol'd. It did not work on the first toon I leveled up but did on my alliance alt.

    I just did this,
    5th of November
    6 pm server time
    EU Tarren Mill Horde.
    I already have 12/20 [It belongs in a museum!] and 600 skill - not sure if that had any effect.
    Seems to be fixed.
