Flag players with Spittoon

Use the item Shushen's Spittoon - Item - World of Warcraft

I've noticed players like to spam the click on it. If you're flagged, they'll become flagged as well.

Says allies can only use it, but its worth trying cross faction. If someone can confirm on that, that would be great.
