Queue for Specific Heroics even when locked

Have tried searching but did not find anything. If you're currently locked from queueing for a certain heroic on "specific":
-Have friends queue for said heroic specific.
-Have friends invite you to group (while they are queued)
-Accept party invite/pick role.
-Bam: You're now in a specific queue even though you are locked from it.

Being invited into a queue kicks the group out of it.

I think he meant that while the pick role option is up, you invite them. You used to be able to do it to que for dungeons above your level or item level.
