Join fresh heroic even if u are locked (chance every 15 min)

Are u hunting in heroic for 1 drop? it never drops?
Well i noticed that if u choose random heroic dungeon on lfg feature u have a chance to join a heroic where you are locked, but u'll join one fresh!
I mean u'll join a new istance even if u are locked in that istance
u have 1 chance every 15 min, if you do random dungeon and it doesn't select the dungeon u want, jsut exit and try 15 min later!

It's a guide. For those who didn't know. I for one sure as hell didn't know you can do the same ones again even if you have done the instance already. SO it's random, but it's a better chance anyway, right?
