Farming yetis for 1m exp every 10 minutes

Hi,

The method I used for getting to 90 as soon as possible and without having to quest much is this:

1. Go to Kota Basecamp at Kun-Lai Summit.
2. Go up the mountain to the southwest.
3. Find the cave with the yetis inside.
4. Pick up about 100 of the berries lying around.
5. Macro the berries to an ability you often use.
6. Kill yetis. I've found the bottom room to be better, but you can run back and forth.


As a blood dk, I changed my dual spec to frost so I could kill these faster and I could kill 2 or 3 every minute with the buff from the berries. Each gives about 35k exp at 88 and 31k exp at 89. If you can dispel their enrage, they will get a debuff quicker and will take 30% more damage.

Getting 70k xp per till - after 4-5 kills i get 35k.
1.000.000 / 35.000 ~ 28 kills for 1 mil.


Simple macro, 1 spell cast (spammable)

/use Kafa'kota Berry
/cast SPELLNAME

Mindspike, frostfirebolt, shadowbolt w/e.

This still works. However it's not necessary to macro the berries to your moves. Just pop them as you would a potion or trinket while attacking the mobs or a second before you open in them. Fifteen seconds is plenty of time. This spot is also CRAZY OP for ghost iron farming, but I'm not really getting the xp rate i was hoping for. Right now it is definitely my go-to ghost iron spot though.

I'm not alone, so it doesn't go that fast :-/

Well... the respawn rate sucks ass.

This shit is incredible. I kill the mobs in max 10 seconds. I can pull 5 at the same time and they have almost instant respawn timer. Insane exp.

Really? Hows that remotely possible, got another spot or something? The mobs dont spawn as quick on my server tbh. Also, what class are you playing?

Some respawn timers seems to be instants (bug?) in some realms (luckers !).
But this spot is full of players, lets try doing this during the night.
