Thank you for this confirmation, Snyth. I knew all of these DC methods were different than the RAoV one, I just didn't know how to vocalize that difference.

To the OP... I still look forward to testing this, and it may very well work for my own purposes... but what would really make my day is a true server-side instant DC.

Working on it but as Snyth said API was debugged with patch 5.0.4 so I guess we will need some luck to find a new one
Out of curiosity, does anyone have a connection.log after use of the old DC macro ? MP me if yes please

Correct...not even lag tools. If I was that desperate for lag, I would probably use the VotU-US guild bank macro, or some in-game option along those lines. Perhaps even pull my LAN plug for a brief moment.

The only third party program I run while playing World of Warcraft is Fraps and that is for recording purposes. This is just a personal choice.

Tested and confirmed: working with vyrkul drinking horn to dc+growth. also works with mount through walls.

If you have a fast computer, and put an icon on your dock or desktop that launches WoW straight away, rather than opening ub the blizzard launcher. Then Alt +f4 is still very viable which is why i use it.

OK, this macro has been released 3 months ago and at the time I couldn't find a use for it, but after some recent research I found quite a lot of videos / tutorials using it, which of course i'm proud of because I love when people use what I find to find something else.
But the problem is that either there are no credits or people act like they found it (like "hey guys, I found a DC macro lol")

Simple search : "raov macro" (DC macro, gbank lag, etc) : videos, posts
"araixplorer macro" : this post, if you're lucky.
"run for v=1,500 do for i = 1,GetNumFactions()" : some API docs, and tons of videos with macro embedded. No ref to this post nor my name.

Reason of this post is simple : people find stuff. If you use their stuff, at least quote them. Not asking for anything else here.

Four months later... finally catching up to this. Sorry so late.

Works for me like a charm. I coupled it with my Vrykul Drinking Horn for easy wall access. Love it.
