Using the macro: /cast sea turtle allows you to use the mount Sea Turtle at level 1.

You get no speed bonus on land with the mount, but works in water as advertised.

Subdued Seahorse (from the rare in Vashj'ir) works as well, but only in water.

Abyssal Seahorse and Subdued Seahorse are 2 totally different mounts.
