It took them a whole expansion to fix this item Crystalforged Trinket - Item - World of Warcraft
There's no lvl requirement on it before patch 3.3.3 ,every 19s in my region wear this trinket during BC
So I guess Blizzard really dont bother about such minor exploit

The normal method. Entering the BG with xp-stop on. As soon as the loading screen is over I pull the plug and relogg after I got disconnected.

I do /bgt 0.16 as I was doing in cataclysm and it worked, then when I entered it kicked me out of BG with deserter

70% of the people in leveling bgs have full heirloom, anyone with just greens will get oneshotted anyway. It's fun to kill the heirloom "twinks".

Works with one disconnect. Won't work with a disconnect macro.
The most annoying part i've found so far is that you can't leave once the BG is done. You'll have to alt+f4 and wait for yourself to time out and be auto removed.

If you don't have the deserter debuff anymore if your game ended then simply log any other toon on that realm, log out and log the twink and you should be out of the bg !

+4 Rep. Worked for me BUT YOU HAVE TO;

Unplug internet cable when it's at 100% loading screen but hasn't quite finished yet.
As soon as you see the loading bar full, dc yourself and it should work (did for me).

You will get a 15 minute deserter buff though, so you will have to log another char on different realm and back to your twink to leave the bg.

Simple DC Way(Win7): Go to start -> Search for network adapter(im german, i hope i translated it good ;p), choose network connections, then find your active Connection and just right click and deactivate it, when your loading screen is on 100%, working every time and you will get Instantly Disconnected. so activate it again simply do the same ;P
