I'm standing infront of Grinkle, and he's got a grey exclamation point.

When they hotfixed Grinkle last Saturday, he started with showing a grey exclamation mark on his head then completely disappeared so this has been fixed.

Noticed tonight that Grinkle's quest is back. Can't tell if its still working because all my fishing toons are exalted with level 25 guilds. Can anyone test?

if he is back it is most likely that the removed guild exp/rep as a reward.

Flying to IF to test it now, but I seriously doubt they would overlook it.
EDIT: Forgot, I don't have 175 fishing...

Well I dont even see that exact NPC anymore so probably isnt working anymore then
