But i do agree that this should probably be moved to elite, i would love for this to at least last long enough to actually reach EU servers.

Just tested on US servers and it's working

On US servers? I thought it wasn't available yet?
If it is, this is HUGE, as you could get multiple bank alts, get easy charter sigs and powerlevel a guild from 1-25 in a few hours and sell it.
EDIT: Just checked to be sure on US servers, he's not there. Think he'll be there in 4 hours (which, I believe, is midnight PDT)

And this should be up at 3 am EDT for US servers. or whatever time dailies reset on your server.

Just tested this on an 85, and on a level 1.
The level 85 received neither guild rep or guild exp.
The level 1 receives 191-192 guild rep per each turn in, however, no guild experience.
EDIT: May have been receiving guild exp. I'll check.
