Since the npc is right there in the main city, everyone is going to do this, meaning it will get hotfixed pretty quickly.

hey mate, nice thread, i just have a question, you didnt give any details well at least i didnt get it because i dont do fishing at all, is that u just accept the quest with a tabard and then talk to npc again and u can complete it without going fishing? or u have to do the quest and then just repeat it ?

Accepting the quest also auto completes the quest immediately

It's saturday for US, just did it on oceanic servers. Neutral to exalted in 20 mins.
