Just tested this on an 85, and on a level 1.
The level 85 received neither guild rep or guild exp.
The level 1 receives 191-192 guild rep per each turn in, however, no guild experience.

Tested this as well got the exact same results.

yeah just turn level 10 on my reroll and no guild rep :/ sorry for the mislead

I can now confirm the above quest (Give Gerard a drink of water) DOES give guild exp! We got 7 people doing it, and we are FLYING up

It's also good to know if your exalted you can still keep going to stack your weekly activity. (if your guild does rewards)

OK, just tried on a level 1 - it was giving guild rep, but not guild xp...

I do not have a macro and Phantom325 said it was giving guild xp , with my guilds being both lvl max I cannot confirm this
