Apparently you can just walk through all of the walls in BT? I went there to check out if the DMF tiger thing worked but instead I found myself just walking out of the sewers and the door behind Supremus.

Continuing on towards Illidan.

Same here. I walked through all doors and got blocked at Mothers.

Yea it seems its not working for male orcs tried along every opening on the gate and still cannot get through
