If you've got questions about your account, you can't go to a GM for help.
You'll have to contact the Account and Billing Department, either by phone or webform.

Alright i have had over 7 accounts banned and unbanned, and although this is very simple, and i mean really simple, all you do is reply to the "ban email" with, "Im sorry for whatever may have happened, but i have no clue what you are talking about, (and if you want you can add in some, maybe it got hacked???). Anyway this works 90% of the time for me, only failed once. Not trying to get any praise for this just was reading a post saying its hard to get accounts unbanned and i disagree. BTW this is for perma bans not suspensions.

I Failed Miserably. I said that i was on vacation since it was summer, and i came back and i was banned, with a WHOLE lot of convinsing details... they where 'like

What about if your acc was banned for 'to many ppl playing it, or for that u were tryin to trade/sell the account'
will they unabn it then?
my acc was hacked
and 2x chars were transfered off it or deleted.. not rly sure, it was hakt for 3-4 days
but can it b unban / restore? i dont even want the cash, just the chars bak

I did the exact same thing on the last glider ban wave, lost my old account. I replied to their email, and they got back to me with some b.s. like 'after reviewing our information, our decision stands. The account will NEVER be re-opened.'

Anyone know a way to get an account back through a different email? Blizz's email changer thing wasn't working for me when I went to change it....and shortly after got perm bann...so I never got an email....anyone have any suggestions??
