u can actually make them fly in the air if u
#1 logout in the air
#2 login and dont move
then logout and they will be stuck there flying in the air until u relog

Can't get this to work. Would love to since then if they are floating in the air, explosive trap and flamestrike wont hit them.

Walk down the path southwards and walk past the tauren barricade. Once past stop attacking and you will leave combat = tamed.

Ok, so for the "ally version": Spiders are in Deadwind Pass named Deadwind Widow. I used Dispel Magic on him and kited like this (the black way).

Run to the water and then let him evade and leave combat, then take the red way to Stormwind.

I ran around in SW and he later died from a flamestrike.

I tryed to take more then one, but it'll only de-spawn when taking more then one, I'll have some friends of mine to take one each then I'll taunt of and the kite begins, hopefully that will work. =)

I guess you kited the "Deadwind Pass"? Because the Webspiders will despawn if you pull more then one. =S

For the spider in stonetalon to Orgrimar: Kite it Straight north to Craigpool Lake. go for a swim. spider will bug.

from there, run through ashenvale to org. much faster than the origional method.

this will also stay with you after you die you can have it follow you as a ghost

but care, with "Flammenstoß" (in eng, i thing Flamestrike) you can kill them ;-)

I recommend doing the nomount flying glitch, flying on top of a high pillar in the orgrimmar auction house, the spider will follow, and you have alot of guards in that AH, hilarious spam and untouchable spider

I just did this on my server with the Deadwind spider and got a HUGE reaction.

EDIT: To the one who asked about using HS, I ran from Deadwind Pass to Elwynn Forest (just past the bridge from Duskwood) and used heartstone to Stormwind. It spawned next to me within a second.
