Spine of Deathwing, made easy(avoid all dmg as a ranged)

Yo People.
This small exploit will teach you how to pew pew Deathwing easy peasy mode.

1. Kill the first 6 Bosses of Dragon Soul Raid.
2. Be aware of the tactics of Spine Of Deathwing.
3. Start the fight.
4. While STILL on the ship - Spam Escape.
5. Wupti, your raid should now all be stuck in the air.

6. But the way to exploit this, should be to ONLY have your ranged people stuck in the air, while tanks and melees are down on his spine...

7. But you'll be unable to move, so hitting the 3rd tendon will be a challenge.

8. Enjoy.

I did this as of 02-12-2011, at around 23.00 EU-Paris Time.

How do you get down then? Cause theres noway in hell you can reach anything when you come to the later spines..

When I spam escape, it just cancels the video and parachutes me normally on the spine…

Does priest lifegrip work? or mage blink or goblin rocket jump or eng rocket boots?

No, we had our entire raid to be "unable to move" stuck in air, even tanks - On the Server of Twisting Nether-EU.

And even after the wipe, after ress. we weren't able to move.

It's server side, and not client-side.

But you still werent able to actually do any damage or heal tanks am i right?

found this on the first day second half of ds came out. you will become a neutral target, unable to move, you will not be able to target players. Altho, you can heal them if you have a raid UI (I use VuhDo). I was not able to atack enemy target... "Target is Friendly" or something like that. Oh, and you can use this on the gunship too if you don't feel like moving. just spam esc after ultraxion dies and the movie is about to show up.

Apart from resurrecting an old thread, I didnt notice the date at first, tried it and ended up staying on the gunship, musik from the video, unable to move or cast. I had to relog and rload my UI to get unstuck.
