Anyone know how teams are having players with higher PRs than the teams? Saw a few where the players had PRs 100ish++ above the team.

If you get a few draws only your team rating gets lower, your personal rating still stands

Isn't there supposed to be an MMR penalty for creating new teams now?

If that was the case wouldn't this be pointless since you'd lose a large chunk of MMR remaking the teams.

If you alt+f4 or use a dc makro before you lose a game (one player already dead) the team will lose the rating for the loss but ur pr will not! U can easily make arenamaster that way because u only need pr for the achievements afaik.
